Food Fed to Parents and How Often:

Frozen Brine Shrimp and Omega One Color Micro Pellets, twice a day.

Food Fed to Fry and How Often:

Newly hatched live brine shrimp three time a day until they were 2 1/2 weeks old. Switched to frozen brine shrimp and pellets at 2 1/2 weeks old.

Comments

They spawn either in a shallow pit in the sand or on a small flat rock. It takes only two days for the eggs to hatch at 82°, and another four days before they are free swimming.
