Powdered food was provided 1-2 times per day. Wood was available continuously; sweet potato was added every 2-3 days.

Comments

Seven adults (3M:4F) in a species-only tank. A simple aquarium setup with sand or small gravel substrate, 1" - 1.5" diameter bamboo caves and lots of driftwood. A powerhead was added to the tank to increase current, with an airstone suspended in front of the powerhead. Leave the fish alone. They will breed.
