Comments
This species is very easy to raise from fry to adults; however, the biggest hurdle is to keep the fry from become lunch for the parents. so I would recommend separating the pregnant female just before she is ready to drop into her own tank. my female gave birth in the morning and others have noted the same time frame as well. Once the female has dropped her fry you can remove her and begin feeding the young with baby brine shrimp. after a few weeks they are comfortably eating fine smashed flake food.
